Reform Judaism is an egalitarian movement, so men and
women sit together and take part in all aspects of the service equally.
All the
Jewish men wear a tallit and kippah (skull cap) and some women
choose to wear them as well. Young people do not wear a tallit until the time
of their Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah. It is customary for all males, whether Jewish or
not, to wear a head covering.
